Misheck Cheleka - Team Lead

Misheck Cheleka is the Team Lead of Lizu Community Network, where he provides strategic leadership and oversees partnerships, resource mobilisation and programmes advancing digital inclusion, civic participation and accountable governance.

An educator and social justice advocate, Misheck has over nine years of experience and continuous learning across digital literacy, digital governance, youth engagement, communications and community development. He has trained hundreds of young people in digital advocacy and civic leadership and represented Zambia at regional and international forums on digital governance and social accountability.
