Emmanuel Sostern Banda is the Tech4Accountability Lead at Lizu Community Network and a Media and Information Literacy trainer and Internet Governance enthusiast.

With over four years of experience, he works across digital rights, civic participation, social accountability and Internet Governance. At Lizu, he uses technology, data, digital literacy and community-led innovation to improve access to information, make civic participation easier and support communities to hold duty-bearers accountable.
